the principal ontological position of Astronism based on the theory of uniquity that, in its main form, affirms that every sentient being holds a unique individual role in the formation of cosmic existence. the belief that men and women have unique roles and responsibilities in marriage, family life, and religious leadership, rather than fixed, complementary roles; a view that is inclusive of same-sex relationships. Contrasted with complementarianism.
